Job Description
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records at a proficient level.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible with working overtime to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative support for efficient office operations.
- Collate and distribute mail and perform administrative duties.
- Resolve client requests and queries effectively.
- Ensure customs entry compliance and monitor client billing.
- Create billing sheets for freight according to client tariffs and SLA’s.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
