Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an exceptional Club Host to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide fast, friendly, and efficient personalized service to our esteemed guests. Your responsibilities include managing the hotel’s executive floors, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, and offering butler service for Grand Club guests.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar position, a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, and possess strong customer relations and communication skills.
