Job Description
XISCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cluster Lead for our Manufacturing department. We are looking for a candidate who is a graduate of any four-year course and has prior experience in a manufacturing environment, which is a must.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php 35,00.00 to Php 40,00.00 per month.
Job Schedule: 8-hour shifts. Additional benefits include a 13th-month salary.
Work Location: In person.
