Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of handled branches.
- Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
- Train staff on responsibilities and customer service.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle customer issues promptly.
- Manage operations in the Mindanao Area (Davao, Gensan, Cagayan De Oro).
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Management.
- 2 years managerial experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and operations software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 09/25/2024
