Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of handled branches to meet business goals.
- Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
- Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service activities.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
- Address customer issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Preferably residing in the Pampanga Area.
- Will handle North Luzon areas (e.g. Pampanga, Baguio).
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Management.
- With a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity.
- Must be proficient in various office software (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software.
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- With strong leadership, managerial, and people skills.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to handle a group of branches and manage overall performance in terms of revenue and operations.
- Amenable to work 6 days a week.

Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
