Job Description
As a CMDB Systems Analyst, you will manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system. Responsibilities include defining processes, data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy.
You will collaborate with IT teams to identify items, track changes, and design reports. Strong ITIL knowledge, CMDB tool experience, and analytical skills are required. Communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
