Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Coach for our Outbound Sales department. As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, training, and mentorship to the Outbound Sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and coaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing sales talent. Prior experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals are highly desirable.
