Job Description
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, covering coffee preparation, customer service, and store operations.
- Assist in the development and updating of training manuals and materials.
- Lead by example in the preparation of coffee.
- Ensure that all baristas adhere to Culiat Coffee’s quality standards and follow established recipes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista, with a strong background in coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Have experience as a supervisor or Coffee Master.
- Proven experience in training or mentoring baristas or staff in a coffee or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional coffee knowledge, including different brewing methods and coffee origins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
