Job Description
We are seeking 30 dedicated Telemarketer Agents to join our dynamic BPO team. If you excel in cold calling, possess exceptional communication skills, and are motivated to achieve targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Work Setup: On-site – Imus, Cavite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Address objections and effectively convert leads
- Document call outcomes in the CRM system
- Aim to meet established sales and call targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the BPO industry
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
