Job Description
A Cold Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and secure appointments for the sales team. The primary duty is to engage prospects, present information about the company’s products or services, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a good understanding of sales techniques. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but training will be provided. A Cold Caller should be confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
