Job Description
We are seeking energetic Cold Callers to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments by phone. Responsibilities include researching prospects, placing outbound calls, clearly presenting our services, addressing objections professionally, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal communication, persistence, basic computer skills, and prior telemarketing or sales experience. Performance targets and metrics will apply. Training is provided for the selected candidate. The role requires a professional demeanor, flexibility to work varied hours, and a commitment to meeting measurable goals.
