Job Description
The Collateral Service Specialist IV is responsible for managing all aspects related to collateral for the organization. This includes evaluating collateral requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and conducting collateral audits. The specialist will also be responsible for resolving any collateral-related issues that may arise and providing guidance to internal teams on collateral matters.
Key responsibilities include evaluating collateral value, monitoring collateral documentation, and liaising with external parties such as appraisers and title companies. The specialist will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to optimize collateral processes and mitigate risks.
