Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills? We are currently seeking a dedicated Collection Analyst to join our team. As a Collection Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable, evaluating payment patterns, and developing strategies to collect outstanding debts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and reconciling customer accounts to identify overdue payments
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
- Analyzing data and generating reports on accounts receivable status
- Collaborating with internal teams to devise strategies for minimizing delinquency rates
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
