Job Description
Join Ayala Property Management Corporation as a Collection Assistant! Your responsibilities will include preparing Statements of Accounts and posting payments, monitoring Account Receivables and Payables, ensuring collections from clients, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with account reconciliation and monthly corporate bank reconciliation.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for diverse customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift
Location: Santa Rosa City (Must be able to commute or relocate)
