Job Description
Universal Access and Systems Solutions is currently seeking a Collection Assistant Manager to lead our collections team. This position is critical in ensuring the effective recovery of outstanding receivables and promoting accounts receivable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all collections activities.
- Monitor aging reports and manage task assignments.
- Develop strategies aimed at performance enhancement.
- Address escalated issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Train, evaluate, and mentor team members.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Excel are required.
