Job Description
TCLS Mortgage Processing Center of America Inc. is seeking a dedicated Collection Interim Servicing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with company-issued tools and an internet allowance.
Your primary responsibilities will involve managing delinquent mortgage loan accounts, reaching out to borrowers to address payment concerns, and supporting foreclosure processes. Maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and keeping accurate records will also be key aspects of your role.
We are looking for candidates with a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking and a minimum of two years of mortgage servicing experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The starting salary is Php21,00.00 per month.
