Job type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Remind clients/customers of their obligations
- Ensure client payment and manage payment records
- Find ways to solve debt problems quickly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field
- Background in Customer Service, Account Management, or Bookkeeping
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Must have high-quality negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledgeable about laws covering debts
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
