Job Description
Expedise Warehouse Management Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to enhance our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Projecting and managing collections
- Issuing acknowledgment receipts
- Reconcile unpaid invoices and damages
- Preparing AR weekly reports for clients and confirming collections
- Processing BIR 2307 forms requests
- Managing the cash conversion cycle
- Monitoring AR overdue targets within the finance department
- Reporting weekly collection amounts
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary starting at Php 16,00.00, accompanied by benefits such as health insurance and paid training. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, with supplemental pay including a 13th-month salary and overtime compensation. Travel for client collections may be required.
