Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Collection Officer. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and implementing effective strategies to ensure timely debt repayment.
Your main responsibilities will include contacting debtors to negotiate repayment plans, providing information and support to customers regarding their outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to successfully handle difficult situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred. A background in financial services or related industry is a plus.
