Job Description
Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time;
Communicate with customers regarding compliance, informing them of repayment details;
Record customer information promptly, ensuring accuracy;
Maintain positive client relationships;
Follow up on payment arrangements and resolve disputes;
Process payments/refunds when necessary;
Report on collection activities;
Respond to client queries professionally;
Perform assigned tasks from superiors.
