Job Description
- Handle delinquent/escalated accounts.
- Monitor and facilitate payments of client dues.
- Coordinate with partner collection agencies
- Prepare month end collection reports
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Offices
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Strong interpersonal, customer services and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Skilled/experienced in basic business mathematics
