Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

- Customer Service Representative

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- 18 years old and above, at least a high school graduate.
- Good typing skills and basic English proficiency.
