Job Description
BillEase is seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contact delinquent customers to discuss account statuses, understand their situations, and propose beneficial solutions. You’ll follow up on repayment promises and escalate uncooperative customers to our Legal department.
The ideal candidate should reside in Laguna or Bulacan, have field collection experience, possess a valid driving license, own a motorcycle, and be computer literate.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of Php18,00 to Php20,00, plus various benefits including health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion.
