Job Description
DIRECT HIRE FOR REGULAR POSTING
Basic Salary + Unlimited incentives + Promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least College level or Graduate of any course
- preferably with collection experience
- Good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
Job Description:
- Identifying outstanding debts and monitoring assigned accounts
- Assisting customers with any complaints or questions.
- Negotiating payment plans or deadlines
- Respecting customer policies and procedures
- Closing a set number of collections accounts within a given time to reach the designated target
- Locating and communicating with debtors.
- Implementing repayment schedules.
- Ensuring that your debt status is current and accurate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
