Job Description
Primary responsibility will be reaching out to customers to collect payment for accounts that are overdue.
- Set up payment plans and follow-up schedule
- Educate customers on consequences for late payments
- Understand and explain the benefits of repayment and credit history to customers
Qualifications:
- With or without experience in Collection & Loan Specialist positions
- Can do basic typing, computation, math, and analysis
- Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
- Pleasing personality
- Good communication
- With Government-mandated identification and can start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Area
