Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY: Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Collection Specialist responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts while ensuring timely account resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. This position is crucial for minimizing outstanding balances while fostering positive customer relationships.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST), following Philippine holidays.
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Remote
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in collections or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
