Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join our team in the US/EMEA region. As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and contacting customers to secure payments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in collections, knowledge of collection laws, and proficiency in MS Excel are preferred.
