Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join our team at Wesearch. The ideal candidate will handle customer payments, inquiries, and adhere to collection policies. You will promote BuyAni express pay and resolve tickets assigned to the collection team, following management’s learning programs and data privacy rules.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, 1+ year in billing and collections, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. Must be willing to be stationed in Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: Php16,500.00 – Php17,00.00 per month.
