Job Description
Information Professionals, Inc. is urgently seeking a Collection Staff (MALATE) to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned in Roxas Blvd. Malate, Manila.
- CAN WORK ASAP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform collection activities for Auto Accounts and maintain delinquency level minimum.
- Record all clients’ transactions using the Collection System.
- Monitor client’s commitment and settlement in Collection System.
- Facilitate check deferment, withdrawal of PDCs, redeposit instruction, and other repayment arrangements.
- Endorse accounts for field visits/account verification.
- Ensure communication with Account Officer and Lending Center Head or Zone Manager.
- Report directly to PITS Operation Supervisor/Marketing Representative.

- Location: Roxas Blvd. Malate, Manila.
Job Type: Temporary, Contract length: 3 months. Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php14,028.00 per month.
