Job Description
Experience a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php 28,00 monthly! We are urgently hiring for Call Center Agents within our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments from customers on behalf of Sapient Philippines Hub.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Identify retention opportunities by offering solutions, promotions, or service upgrades.
- Adhere to all regulations regarding customer privacy and data protection.
