Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Collections Account Specialists at SGS Ph Hiring – Sapient Hub. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly while managing and collecting overdue payments from customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to retain customers through alternative solutions.
- Adhere to company guidelines on customer privacy and compliance.
