Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Collections and Recovery Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Collections and Recovery department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while meeting established targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of Collections and Recovery agents, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the collections and recovery process
- Monitoring and reviewing collection reports and trends, identifying areas for improvement
- Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints, providing resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement training programs
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and recovery, with proven leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are also essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
