Job Description
Are you looking for a challenging role in the finance industry? CBE PH Inc is seeking a Collections Associate for our Outbound Voice Account team. Responsibilities include contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed records.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, work well under pressure, and have experience in collections or customer service. Call center background is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
