Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Collections Specialist to ensure branch non-performing loan (NPL) targets are met. Responsibilities include daily review of delinquent accounts, identifying root causes, and executing cures and preventative actions via calls and SMS; preparing collection letters, statements, and re-pricing notices; monitoring dishonored checks and PDC replenishment; submitting approved pullout cheques to COD for pre-terminated accounts; tracking online payments; maintaining and filing reports; and coordinating with the Regional Collection Officer and team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, strong communication skills, and at least one year of collections experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Full-time, onsite position.
