Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Collections Campaign team for US Financial Accounts. As a Collections Campaign Associate, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments to facilitate collections efforts.
Your main tasks will include making outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, and documenting all customer interactions. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally are essential for this role.
Experience in debt collection or customer service is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
