Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for solving financial challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Collections Consultant. As a Collections Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and evaluating overdue accounts, developing strategies to recover payments, and ensuring compliance with collection policies and regulations.
In this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers, understand their financial situations, and establish repayment plans. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office
