Job Description
Join our team at Risewave Consulting Inc. as a Collections Coordinator in a dynamic hybrid role, requiring in-office work 1-2 times weekly during mid-shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and internal teams to address outstanding debts.
- Adhere to escalation timelines and service level agreements.
- Maintain detailed records utilizing Oracle Advanced Collections and MS Excel.
- Collaborate with Finance, Collections, and Business units.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Must be fluent in English, self-motivated, organized, skilled in planning, adaptable, proficient in Excel, and experienced in B2B Collections/Credit Control.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php46,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
