Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Officer to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients to collect outstanding debts and resolve any payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Follow up on overdue accounts through phone calls and emails.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients to settle debts.
- Update records of all collection activities accurately.
