Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Collections Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers and collect overdue payments on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be assertive yet professional, and have a strong sense of empathy.
Key tasks include contacting customers via phone, email, or mail, negotiating payment plans, and updating account information. Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
