Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
