Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to join our team at Sutherland Global Services located in Clark Pampanga.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments or negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain records of customer contacts and payments collected.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints regarding billing.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience with a background in collections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
