RESPONSIBILITIES
- Automation of Collections Reports and Processes
- Develop Collections MIS for tracking performance
- Monitor external agency performance
- Develop champion-challenger programs
- Develop Segmentation models
- Use data analytics for decision-making
- Knowledge of SQL and data management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, Data Analytics/Visualization
- Experience in Collections. Fintech experience is a plus.
