Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Collections Supervisor to lead our collections team, manage accounts receivable, and enhance recovery processes. The role includes supervising collectors, setting performance targets, tracking results, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will coordinate with credit, legal, and customer service teams to resolve delinquencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: 3+ years in debt collection or credit control; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills: proficiency with collections software and MS Excel; ability to analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies; results-driven mindset.
