Job Description
Accenture is seeking a dedicated Collections Support Associate to help manage customer receivables and debt recovery. In this role, you will ensure that cash collection activities align with client standards by minimizing debt aging while fostering professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively collect and recover customer receivables and outstanding debts.
- Optimize cash collection efforts and gather detailed dispute information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business; accounting graduates are preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in credit and collections.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO environment is required.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to shift schedules.
