Responsibilities:
Manage the collection and recovery of customer receivables and debts.
Ensure cash collection activities align with client expectations, focusing on reducing debt aging and maximizing cash flow.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; Accounting graduates preferred.
0-2 years of experience in Credit and Collections.
Prior experience in voice collections, particularly in a B2B setting, is essential.
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, specifically in customer service.
Availability to work full-time in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig, across various shifts.
Strong communication skills are critical.
