Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Collections Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections department, managing a team of collection agents, and developing strategies to maximize debt recovery.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in collections management. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations are highly desirable.
