Job Description
Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp. is on the lookout for a committed Commercial Building Manager to oversee the operations of Döhle Haus Manila. This role encompasses managing dormitory functions, office space occupancy, tenant relations, and the administration of housekeeping and security services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving full occupancy, implementing marketing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and conducting market research related to building operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and a minimum of five years of experience in commercial building management are required.
Successful applicants will exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
