Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience in processing insurance applications of potential clients.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to write emails effectively.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience in Insurance Quotation and P&L insurance.
- Knowledge in P&C insurance and Umbrella insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email communications and organize documentation.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
- Conduct phone calls to clients as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with clients.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
