Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative – Customer Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial loan clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also collaborate with other departments to facilitate the loan servicing process and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Prior experience in loan servicing or customer care within the commercial banking industry is preferred, but not required.
