Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Commercial Sales Support Officer to support our remote sales team. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotes and sales documentation, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and following up on invoices and payments. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in sales support or sales operations, strong written and verbal English communication, proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
